Co-Founder

Chris Ursitti has worked in the Film and Television industry since 1984 for all the major studios. He is currently a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Los Angeles Center Studios and Co-Owner and Executive Vice President of Hollywood Locations. He has also designed and developed multi-million dollar homes for celebrities and other high net worth individuals. He is known for his creative and innovative use of “Green” building materials and techniques. His alma mater Westminster College (in Fulton, Mo) awarded him the prestigious Lifetime Alumni Achievement Award in 2011 for his leadership, innovative approach to business and a strong commitment to a “Greener” world for future generations.

Co-Founder

Joe Grescovich attended Kent State University for his Bachelor of Science and Master’s degrees in architecture. Throughout his time with the architecture program, influences came in the form of collaboration with outstanding professors and students alike. Backpacking through Europe during the International study abroad program was a pivotal event in the timeline of his life and education. Adventures included the mapping of city routes in order to view and photograph the “Starchitects” of the world, and experiencing the culture through food, laughter, and optimism. After the undergraduate program, Joe quickly entered the Master’s program. This was the pinnacle of his architectural design education in academia. Joe has worked for several different architecture firms in Pittsburgh, Cleveland, and LA. The experiences have given Joe a great understanding of various scales of design, and different perspectives on running a firm.
